Do I have to create an account to book activities?
Yes, you only need to create an account once.
Go directly to the bakostyle website in complete confidentiality by going to the "my account" section, "create an account", filling in each field, and choosing a password, without forgetting to validate. The next time, you will just have to "connect". What you enter as a first name will be your pseudonym for bakostyle

I registered but I cannot log in.
This "block" situation occurs if your account creation has not been finalized.
Two possible reasons:
- The email address you entered is not valid.
- You have not completed the step of confirming your registration requested by bakostyle.
For this step, you received a message sent to the address you provided. As this is the first time you have received an email from us, please check your spam folder for this message. You are invited to click on a link to reach a bakostyle page which then takes your request into account.
NB: this invitation to click is for one-time use. If the problem persists to create your account, please contact us via the contact page.
I forgot, or I want to change my password
The system has provided for this case. Follow the instructions on the login page. If you have a problem resetting your account, please contact us through the contact page.
What can I do from my "account"?
Once logged in, next to your name, you have a drop-down menu:
My profile, My reservations, Logout.
- By "Profile" you can change all the information provided when creating an account and during updates.
- By "Reservations", as you are "known" in all the activities in which you have participated. You can then:
- visualize them
- add a comment in the window below the description.
- By "Logout" you log out of the site until the next time.

Why are reservations closed 24 hours before the event?
This time is necessary for the organization of the logistical needs for you and bakostyle.
Can I book a session for more than one person?
Yes you can. For an activity scheduled for a given date and time, you can book for more than one person and discounts may apply depending on the "pack" (See the "Prices" section). You are the only interlocutor known to bakostyle. A single connection link is then sent to you personally for your online activities (LG).
I would like to book a series of the same activity. How to do ?
This possibility is recommended for certain types of activities, or "programs" which start on a given date and are planned in advance. These are usually incremental activities that take place a dozen or more times. Discounts are then applied directly according to the number of activities per "pack". The occurrences of the activity you want to follow-up can be found by using the "Search" menu.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Your request to modify or cancel your reservation must be communicated through a message at least 48 (forty eight) hours on the working day before the event.
For this, you will have to communicate the last name, first name, order number, the amount as well as the date and time at which the service was reserved. Any modification is subject to the agreement of the bakostyle company and to existing availability. If it is not possible to make the desired modification, the initial agreement will then remain applicable.
The prices
I am abroad, what currency should I pay in?
All online payments are made in € (euros) including VAT. They are displayed in the "Prices" section as well as on the payment preparation pages.
Are there any promotional prices?
Yes, promotional offers are applicable according to the periods. They are announced on the site and mainly in the "Prices" section.
Payments
What payment methods are offered ?
Payments are made online. When you are ready, you will be able to proceed with the transaction: CB (Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard) or PayPal. Choose your mode after preparing your banking information to be in direct interaction with the "payment tunnel".
Are online payments secure?
Yes, they are. The online payment is handled directly by the bank from an ultra secure interface, materialized by the prefix "https", and the small padlock at the bottom of the website, the data being encrypted and unreadable according to the SSL3D secure principle. The sensitive information you provide concerning your credit card is directly transmitted to the banking institution by the payment system.
During my payment, it is marked "validate your payment". Why is this?
This message comes from the banking application which detected an error during your seizure through its interface. You probably did not receive a confirmation email from your bank. Please try again the online payment (the 1st one will never be taken into account) or contact us via the contact page to get help.
Please note that bakostyle does not give credit and reserves the right to refuse a reservation or the realization of a service if there is a dispute pending on the payment.
The comments
How do I make comments?
Only people who have participated in the session can comment on the activity.
To do so, please
- Log in at
- Click on "My reservations" in the drop-down menu next to your username,
- Choose the activity to which you wish to add a comment.
- Enter the comment (limited in number of characters) in the input box below the activity description.
- Validate
The moderator will then validate your comment and publish it. They will be displayed in chronological order of entry.
NB: this is not a dialogue window but a comment entry window that could be used by other visitors. Thank you for being courteous.
