All my travels have opened doors in my life, starting with the one in Argentina. During my encounters with Argentinian glaciers, I had experiences that made my back freeze. Placed in the front row, I attend this breathtaking spectacle of a mass of ice that breaks away from its foster mother to fall and then break a hundred meters below in a chaos of crash! Within seconds, I realize that when the end comes, it's the start of a new life that opens up to me.

Madagascar will always remain my native land ! France, my heartland. Madagascar is a gigantic island between land and sea.

A first trip to California to Orange Conty made me want to return there several times to deepen the teaching of Integral Tai Chi with Master Hang Truong. At the end of these stays, I validated my level IIB1 instructor diploma despite the language barrier. And now, it's my turn to pass on this teaching.

Sensation of immensity, freed from my burdens, I am reborn.

On a pilgrimage in the tropical forest, my wandering mind, the lush canopy, strong scents, feeling of wetness, my senses on the lookout accentuated my feeling of oppression which gradually turned into irrational fear. When my guide sat in meditation staring into space, my urge to flee vanished, then I became one with my surroundings.

Twice on an adventure trip to Taiwan: discovery of a new culture, surprise welcome by an aboriginal family where the physical resemblances between the women of the country and me were more than surprising. Such miracles followed one another during my stays. Last miracle before leaving the island: my plane was able to take off despite the violent typhoon that hit the island. Conclusion: always listen to your instincts.

Despite the intense life and the deafening noises that reigned in the cities, I could find in myself the silence which emanated from the plains as far as the eye could see passing in front of my eyes. This paradox taught me the ability to regain my inner silence.

My experience of this country : you can travel light and enrich yourself by decluttering and purifying yourself.
